Warcraft III - Frozen Throne Warcraft 3 reference

In the first Undead mission, King Arthas, you can find Little Timmy from the original Warcraft 3. He is in the woods, left of the town which is northwest of the three Altars. Little Timmy will sell you some Ice Shards, which are useful both later in the game and the campaign.

Warcraft III - Frozen Throne BloodFeast the Abomination and the Zombie Master

On the Undead mission, The Flight From Lordaeron, you can re-summon a Zombie Master and BloodFeast the Abomination near the end. On this mission you find a Staff of Animate somewhere (not hidden). You will find a room with Necromancers summoning something, and a few enemies such as Ghouls and Crypt Fiends. Kill them, then go on the pile of where the Necromancers were summoning and use the Staff to summon a Zombie Master for sixty seconds to help you fight. BloodFeast the Abomination can be summoned the same way.

Warcraft III - Frozen Throne Grank the Rat

In the fourth Night Elf mission, Wrath Of The Betrayer, at the top left side of the map is a small garden and a fountain that only Maiev can visit. Use your Blink-spell to get to it. In there, you can find a rat with the name "Grank the Rat", which has 100% Evasion and Spell Immunity. Therefore, you cannot kill it.

Warcraft III - Frozen Throne Giant Penguin

In the fourth Undead mission, The Return To Nothrend, you will find a giant penguin in the left corner of the island that you started on. Kill the guarding sea lions and destroy the tent so you can approach it. Then, kill the penguin itself. You will get a Ring Of Superiority. A normal penguin will spawn next to it. You can kill it, but it will not give you anything more.

Warcraft III - Frozen Throne Diablo reference

In the last Human mission, Lord of the Outland, where you need to assault the Lord's castle, you can find the Butcher and Wirt's other leg (from Diablo) just northwest of where you start. The Butcher will also say the same sentence that he did in Diablo: "Fresh meat".

Warcraft III - Frozen Throne The Pandaren Brewmaster Level

Play the Night Elf mission where you have to escort the runner. In the lower left corner in the very back of the map is a Pandarean relaxation area. A Brewmaster is here. He will spout some gibberish and drop Slippers of Agility.

Warcraft III - Frozen Throne Secret tower level

Secret tower level

Once you escape prison with the Elves, during the third Human Campaign mission, there is an entrance to a secret level. There is a winding corridor with several rooms about the horizontal center of the map. Go inside and get the power-ups and equipment, then look closely to find a room. You'll need to bust through a door to reach it, the one with three different colored sheep surrounded by energy. Notice the three panels. When they are pushed, the corresponding sheep will say either "Bah", "Ram" or "Ewe" so time your steps in such a fashion that sheep will say: Bah, Ram, Ewe. The correct order will open up a door to the secret tower defense level, ready for you to enjoy once the mission is completed. Successfully win all the levels in the "Secret tower level" to see a picture of the Drunken Panda along with what seems to be his daughter. Then in the next chapter, you can use him to help.

Hint: More bases advantage:
To have a better chance of winning, you might want to build more than one base. Enlarge the base you start out with, making it completely fortified with at least two castles. Then, send a scout cavalry, or some other fast moving unit, to the opposite side of the map from your base. After you have checked the area and confirmed that it is safe, send a villager to build a castle at that location and fortify that base. This is very helpful if your enemy knows where one of your bases are located, especially during online play.

Hint: Free ally:
When you build a market, there is a chance that a rival tribe will ask you to send them a certain amount of wood, stone, gold, and food. When they do, click on "Diplomacy" or press [Alt] + D and click "Ally" on the name of that tribe. They will become an ally free of charge. However, when you do this you will no longer be able to align yourself with any other tribes. This is helpful if there are four tribes in the game.

Hint: Save resources:
When you are allies with others, do not build a market to avoid giving them resources.

Winning tip
When you start any sort of battle (Deathmatch, Rigicide, etc.), Get at least 10 villagers to go out of your base and make them get stone and gold since these two resources are difficult to get. Another tip is that, when you find relics, build stone walls around them and denfend the relic with your Barrack and Stable units to prevent enemy monks from capturing the relics. Another tip is, don\'t advance to the next age too fast. This is because you will lose too much of your resources. Only advance to the next age if you have lots of resources. The most important resource is:
1. Food
2. gold
3. Stone
4. Wood

AoE II (2) Team Work Strategy

Team Work

A lot of these strategies will work in single-player games, multiplayer games, and team games. But you'll want to consider some specific team strategies so your teammates don't dropkick you.

Always let your teammates know what's going on. Don't attack the enemy without first clueing them in. Keep them abreast of any enemy movements, new resource sources you've found and any stockpiled resources you might be able to share.

Setting up trade lines is an effective way to generate extra gold. Set the gather point for the trade carts on your ally's marketplace, start building them and watch the lucre flow. Just be sure that you'll be able to defend them adequately. Undefended trading carts and ships are easy targets for the enemy.

Finally, take advantage of being a team. Don't just build up two separate armies and play as individuals. Share the work and use complementary strategies. If your teammate is building a largely cavalry army, toss some ranged units and monks to the mix. Combined-arms armies are the most effective in AoK, and they're much easier to build and deploy with more than one player behind them.

These strategies are the basics. They'll get you through a game without taking a serious beating. But you'll need to experiment and develop your own style of play to come up a plan that works for you.

AoE II (2) The best Offense Strategy

Offense Strategy

On the attack, grouping like troops together can be a good tactic. AoK allows you to create up to nine different groups for easier crowd control. And if you make a group homogenous, it won't take a speed hit and you can use it quickly for specific counter-measures. If you assign each group a number (by holding down CTRL and a number key when the group is selected), you'll have faster access to them.

In a lot of combat situations, a player will select an entire army and send it into the attack. This results in several seconds of chaos as the melee units assume their various positions in the formation. By having preset groups, you can select targets for infantry, stable units, and ranged units separately.

But you can also group together different types of units for strategic reasons. Including infantry with siege weapons offers protection for the powerful but vulnerable catapult class. Similarly, using monks with any other types of units provides automatic healing. AoK's new auto-formation allows groups to move at the same speed, but that of the slowest unit, so be careful to not group fast strikers with plodders.

If you're planning a peon rush -- pouring out as many low-level troops as you can early in the game and then knocking your enemy back with them -- think it through carefully. It can be impossible to recover from a well-planned rush (i.e, 20 soldiers nail your neighbor before it can advance out of the to Castel Age), but a fought-off rush might leave you vulnerable to a swift counterattack or leave your economy so far behind you won't be able to catch up.

A safer, but still-effective offense, is harassment tactics. These can begin at the start of the game, and it won't cost you any extra resources. Use your single scout to harass enemy villagers, chase off deer, destroy new construction and so forth. Just be careful. If the villagers surround the scout, they can bring him down.
If you're planning on controlling the water, commit yourself totally to the effort. Produce lots of ships, upgrade them as soon as you can, create more than one dock and destroy any enemy docks as soon as construction begins. If you're a landlubber, make sure that your key buildings aren't within range of sea attacks. It's pretty frustrating to watch a cannon galleon pummel your buildings while you sit by idly wishing you hadn't given them that prime beachfront location.

A few general tactical notes:

-While you won't always need to manage melee battles in great detail, a hands-on command of your troops when defending against long-range weapons like trebuchet and cannon galleons can save units. For instance, in a sea battle, keep your ships highlighted. Wait until the enemy galleons fire and then move. Their shot will land harmlessly in the water, while your own (provided the enemy galleons' owner's attention is otherwise occupied) should strike home.
-Don't treat a heavy-duty assault on your home base as if it's Custer's Last Stand. You may live to fight another day. Your attacker's hands are likely to be full with the detailed destruction of your community. Make us of this time to conduct a thorough evacuation-to an ally's camp or even just an unoccupied corner of the map. Make sure villagers are included in this pilgrimage, as you'll have to build a new town center, and that you also have enough resources to create basic structures.

AoE II (2) The best defense Strategy

The best defense

The best defense is to constantly smack the living crap out of your opponents. If you keep the enemy on the ropes the entire game, it makes it much tougher for it to put you on the defensive. As soon as you can, begin attacking the enemy's weak spots, such as unprotected villagers mining gold or a lone scout. Using guerilla tactics can weaken the enemy without a heavy investment of resources, and a well-timed "rush" to knock it off balance. Remember that any military requires gold. If you can stop your enemy from getting gold, you will eventually destroy him.

But you also need to keep a wary eye on your own defenses. It won't do much good to have an army at the enemy's front door while your town center is burning.

As soon as you can, build towers around the edge of your base as well as near resource gathering points to protect your villagers from attack. Try to construct more than one tower in each grouping, so they will be able to supplement each other's defenses.

If you find a narrow, defensible path, build a wall across it. You can build walls faster by dragging the cursor across the whole section you want walled up. It won't take much time or resources, and it will block off any attacks from that side. (Watch the villager that is building the wall. They'll often wall themselves off on the enemy side.)

If walls aren't available, or you're interested in a two-for-one special, use houses to block these pathways. Houses go up quickly, don't cost much in resources, and, doubling as walls, represent an efficient use of space. Just be sure to toss in a gate if you or a teammate is going to need access through that area.

When you've made it to the Castle Age, build a castle or two. These are great defensive structures, with good attack rates and range, tons of hit points and garrisoning room inside for up to 20 troops. You can also garrison villagers and troops at town centers, castles, and towers. They not only provide protection for garrisoned units, but also heal them. In return, the garrison increases the attack strength of a tower or town center and can prevent the enemy from getting an accurate head count. A good tactic is to leave an archer or two in a town center to beef up its ranged attack.

In addition, garrisoning relics can be an excellent source of all-important gold. As soon as you've got a Monastery and a monk, send the priest to nab any relics you've located and squirrel them away for easy gold production.

By doing this  you can block enemies getting behind you island.

AoE II (2) Upgrading Strategy

Upgrading

Resources

Military

And at evry military building ( Archery range,  Stables,  Barack, Dock, Monastery and Siege workshop) according with what you need the most.

AoE II (2) Supply and Demand Strategy

Supply and Demand

Having a stockpile is a good tactic, but don't hoard resources as though the age is about to end.In general, it's much better to have the extra towers and troops out and about than to hurry them through production when you're attacked. When you see a resource growing faster than you're using it, move an appropriate number of villagers over to production of a resource of which your use outpaces its production.

I generally make villagers at the first age and put like 10-15 on wood, 10 on food, 5-10 on gold and less then 5 on Stone afther that i start the Feudar Age. I that time my villagers ar makeing resources that i will use on the next age building and troops and so on on evry age but dont forget to add more villagers to worck on the resources.

You should add villagers  to resources according your needs. Don't  forget that you need to move fast !!!

AoE II (2) Scouting Strategy

Scouting is fundamental

A basic tenet of Age of Kings is exploration. You begin with a scout. Using way points (to enable it to perform an extensive search while you kick your economy into gear), send it out directly in an expanding circular pattern, noting defensible "choke points" (such as narrow passes between groves of trees), food sources, water access points, and gold and stone mining areas. Along the way, keep an eye out for sheep. Sometimes you can expose them without actually gaining control. Backtrack to grab them before your enemies do. If directed property, they'll also expose blacked-out regions while making their way back to base.

After you've scouted the immediate area, keep the unit on active recon, searching for enemy positions. Initially, it's okay to be a little conservative. (You don't want to lose the scout, as it can't be replaced until the Feudal Age.) But as soon as you have backups rolling in, explore more extensively. You do receive points based on the amount of terrain explored, so keep that in mind.

How to add way points: Shift + RightClick on the map after that just give a RightClick near the fits way point and the Scout will stat "Moving".  With his stuff you can save time and do other things.
